We stand behind every project with a 10-year manufacturer warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty.
10-Year
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products used by A Plus Patio & Screen are covered under warranty by and through the manufacturer for defects. The warranty length for aluminum product defects (determined by the manufacturer) is 10 years. A Plus Patio and Screen will make all reasonable efforts to contact the manufacturer and manage replacement products on our client’s behalf, should the need ever arise, at no cost to our customer.
*Please note the warranty is void if unauthorized cleaning chemicals used by the customer cause damage.
5-Year
Workmanship Warranty
A Plus Patio and Screen takes pride in our professionally trained and skilled installers. However, should there be a defect in our work, we will make it right at no charge to you for 5 years after the completion date.
